Corelube Lubrication Systems are designed to apply wire rope lubricants from light to heavy oils.
The BOS wire rope lubrication systems have the capability of applying Light, Medium & Heavy cable lubricant coatings. The coating thickness is easily adjusted with our new pump control systems. The 850 wire rope lubricator continuously circulates Oil / Air around the wire rope. By injecting compressed air into the oil flow the penetration properties are significantly increased.

The guide bushings snap into place quickly without tools. There are no bolts or metal plates, reducing any damage to the wire rope.

The Newest Innovation in EM Cable & Wire Rope Lubrication Systems. 4 Collar Sizes Available. Cable Size Range: 1.0mm to 115.mm. The wire ropes shown above were coated with the same transitional lubricant. Note: The two different coating thicknesses using the same BOS lubricator system.

Fits Cable sizes from: 0.125" (3.2mm) to 1.575" (40mm) For ROV & Oceanographic Research operations, there are air jets built in the collar to remove the sea water prior to lubrication.
1400 Collar
Fits Cable sizes from: 0.125" (3.2mm) to 1.575" (43.0mm) Designed to be installed between tight narrow spaced wire ropes.
3100 Collar
3100-BOS Collar: Fits cables from: 0.47" (12.0mm) to 3.0" (77.0mm) Optional Air Wiper not included in with the system.
