Oil Lubricators
Corelubes oil systems are designed to apply a light oil up to a #0 grease. At high speed you will get an even coating around the cable.
Wireline Cleaners & Washers
These systems are designed to remove drilling and completion fluids from the cable using Air, Water, or Steam.
Grease Lubricators
Corelubes grease re-circulating system is designed to apply a NLGI #0-#2 grease. This wire rope lubricating system ensures a constant grease pressure into the wire rope at slow & fast rope speeds with no waste.
Orion 15:1 Pump
Low and High-Pressure Oil Pump. For applications requiring a range pressure and lower flow rates. Suitable for connection to a bulk tank or drum.
Groove Cleaners/Thrust Block

The BOS wire rope lubrication systems have the capability of applying LIGHT, MEDIUM & HEAVY cable lubricant coatings. The coating thickness is easily adjusted. The collar has 4 built in air jets to remove any moisture off the cable.
BOS spiral brushes fit a wide range of cable diameters.
The BOS wire rope lubrication systems are extremely strong, lightweight & easy to use.
The guide bushings/scrapers remove surface contaminants from the wire rope before being lubricated.
The guide bushings snap into place quickly without tools. There are no bolts or metal plates, reducing any damage to the wire rope.
Each guide bushing is machined to the diameter of the wire rope for maximum life & surface cleaning.
