The BOS Heavy Oil Wire Rope Lubrication Systems are designed to apply wire rope lubricants from light oils up to a soft grease.
The BOS wire rope lubrication systems have the capability of applying LIGHT, MEDIUM & HEAVY cable lubricant coatings.
The coating thickness is easily adjusted with our new pump control systems.

The BOS wire rope lubrication systems are extremely strong, lightweight & easy to use.

The guide bushings/scrapers remove surface contaminants from the wire rope before being lubricated.

The guide bushings snap into place quickly without tools. There are no bolts or metal plates, reducing any damage to the wire rope.

Each guide bushing is machined to the diameter of the wire rope for maximum life & surface cleaning.

BOS spiral brushes fit a wide range of cable diameters.

Wire rope deformities can be run through the collar.

Wire ropes can be run through the collar in either direction and at any angle.

Wire ropes can run through the collar at speeds up to 150 Meters / Minute.

The pneumatic and electric pump fits all container sizes.
