The Automatic Spray System is designed to make the task of oiling EM cables effortless.

EM Cable Lubrication Housing Unit

 

To protect the outer & inner wires from corrosion, frequent oil applications is required.

 

The Automatic EM Cable Lubrication Spray System is designed to oil frequently.

The preferable mode of operation is to oil the cable as it is being wound back onto the drum.

The cable is air wiped first before the oil is applied.

 

The oil volume applied to the cable is controlled automatically
based on line speed. If the cablestops or changes direction,
the spraying stops and remains ready to resume.

The Air Wiper is also turned on & off automatically.

 

The high efficiency air wiper is shown in orange.

The air wiper uses amplification technology which produces 50 times the air volume supplied to it.

>  The Fiberglass Control Panel is NEMA 4X rated.

>  Pump is NEMA 4X rated.

>  All Fittings are brass & stainless steel.

>  All Electrical Quick Connectors are watertight.

>  Hose Connectors air & oil are swivel type.

>  Max. Air Supply Pressure - 120 PSI

>  Min. Air Supply – 50 PSI @20 CFM
